Healthy Lunch Box Builder is a new tool for parents

October is Family Health Month and a new interactive tool is now available to help parents make balanced and healthy school lunches.  It’s called Healthy Lunch Box Builder and the popular parenting site Family Education is making it easy for parents to know if the lunches they pack for their children fulfill the daily requirements for grains, fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, and oils.  The Healthy Lunch Box Builder also offers suggestions for a variety of healthy food choices.  Check out the demo below.
