From January 29 until February 20, Toys R’ Us and Babies R’ Us stores nationwide will be participating in the Great Trade-In event, a program designed to help parents and families remove potentially unsafe, old baby products from their homes. Keeping safety in mind, Toys R’ Us and Babies R’ Us stores are offering a 25% discount exchange credit for the trade-in of any old, second-hand baby items listed below. Customers will received 25% off the purchase of any new baby item in the following categories from select manufacturers:
- cribs
- car seats
- bassinets
- strollers
- travel systems
- play yards
- high chairs
- toddler beds
Last September, Toys R’ Us held a Great Trade-In event for three weeks and the number one traded-in and purchased items were car seats.
