I have recently accepted the fact that just because I’m a mom, I don’t have to look sloppy… For a while, I was totally neglecting myself. Of course I would take a regular showers, but after slathering on some lotion, deodorant, and a swipe of Carmex, I considered myself “ready” to go out in public. I know, it’s really a shame that so many of us moms fall into this “beauty” (or lack thereof) trap. With kids, husbands, dogs, friends, housework, cooking, and whatever else makes up our life, it’s easy to see how we unintentionally put ourselves on the bottom of the list.
Well… one of my favorite brands of makeup is having a huge, blowout $1 sale!!! Yep, that’s right, only $1 for so many great products to beautify yourselves. NYX Cosmetics is having an online ”$1 dollar galore sale” on so many great products. Now, there is NO excuse for us moms not to look like the true dazzling and sparkly gems we really are. But hurry, the sale ends on January 25. I just ordered about 22 items. The shipping was $9.50 for USPS Priority Mail, and even with that, each item still cost me less than two bucks!!
