MommyReporter.com is a mom-to-mom resource of news, information, and ideas that relate to motherhood, children, and family.  Desiree Peeples, aka “Mommy Reporter,” is a freelance, multimedia reporter and journalist who is committed to learning and researching the most valuable and useful information that will support mothers and families.  She has worked with many family related specialists throughout the Las Vegas area, and she is now expanding her coverage to include both national and international news as well.

The main focus of her work is to spotlight the positive news regarding mothers, children, and families, and to be an outspoken advocate on issues relating to healthcare, education, animal welfare, and the environment.  Her goal includes providing a support network for mothers who believe in living a lifestyle where family always comes first.  She plans on being an active member of the online community by continuing to learn the most efficient and most effective ways to research and share information.

Desiree has worked in broadcast media for over five years and has most recently worked as an on-air reporter and anchor at the FOX News Radio affiliate in Las Vegas, NV.  She is the mother of a one year old son, Kadin, has a female rat terrier named “Bentley,” and plans on relocating to Atlanta, GA later this year.
