For the past few weeks I’ve been trying out the NOW® Women’s Probiotic . One of the things I’m really mindful of for both myself and my son, is healthy gut bacteria. I’ve been an active user of probiotics for years and I almost always have several bottles on hand in my fridge at any given time.
When I had the opportunity to try out the NOW® Women’s Probiotic I was very interested because I consider myself very knowledgeable about probiotics and the benefits of taking them daily.
So far, my experience with the NOW® Women’s Probiotic has been very good. I have not had any issues with sensitive tummy when taking them, and I find them to be very easy to take. I usually take my probiotics in the evening before bed on an empty stomach. I find that when I take probiotics regularly, I have better digestion and it even helps my overall immunity as well. I find that I am less sensitive to certain foods and it helps lessen the reactions of some allergies too.
My son has also been trying the BerryDophilus™ Kids Probiotic and I also feel that it has helped him with some allergies issues that he has been dealing with. My son has always had autoimmune problems and I have experienced that giving him probiotics on a regular basis, seems to lessen some autoimmune reactions. Of course, I’m not making any claims about the results of this product, but in general, probiotics have only supported myself and my family in positive ways.
You can read more about the NOW brand products by visiting the Women’s Probiotic page. If you haven’t tried probiotics for you and your family, I highly recommend you do so. And a good place to start would be with these NOW brand probiotics because not only are they affordable, but they’re also easy to find at many health food stores or direct online.
If you have tried probiotics or have any questions about how I use them with my family, feel free to post a comment or question below. I’d love to help and share what I know!
